JobWatch
A private job-alert tool. Invite only.
JobWatch watches the careers pages of a specific list of companies and emails you when a role matching your target job titles appears — or disappears. It is a watchlist, not a job board: you choose the companies, and nothing else is monitored.
Who receives email
Only people who entered their own address and then clicked a confirmation link sent to it. There is no other way to be added. Addresses are never bought, scraped, imported or shared, and JobWatch sends nothing to anyone who has not confirmed.
What you receive
- A confirmation email when you sign up, and a welcome email listing the companies being watched for you.
- An alert only when something actually changes on one of those careers pages. No changes means no email — there is no daily or weekly "nothing to report" message.
Realistically that is a handful of emails a week at most. Plain text, no images, no tracking pixels, no advertising.
Unsubscribing
Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no login and no confirmation step, and supports your mail client's own unsubscribe button. Unsubscribing is immediate. The same page offers Erase all my data, which deletes your record outright.
What data is held
Your email address, the industry you selected, the job titles you are looking
for, and the companies being watched for you. Nothing else — no name, no CV,
no browsing or analytics. Data is stored in AWS in London
(eu-west-2) and is not shared with anyone.
How it works
JobWatch reads the public job-board APIs that employers publish for exactly this purpose (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Workday), identifying itself on every request. It checks each company at most twice an hour, and links straight to the employer's own posting.
